OSI-CAN Alberta provides a safe and confidential space for Military/Veteran members, first responders and Public Safety Personnel to connect and heal.

What are we looking for?

Lived experience individuals who have the following skills or want to build them:

  • Stimulating interaction while remaining neutral.

  • Establishing a safe environment that motivates participation.

  • Good listening habits.

  • Ability to structure sessions.

  • Confidence to challenge outside-the-box thinking.

  • Using a proactive approach.

  • Flexibility.
